$700/wk is not the price for the place.
I asked what the current folks were paying and that was the reply. So
I took that as an informal guideline. The price is effectively still
an unknown, but we will get some numbers shortly based on which vs
all areas. Also, those can be a guideline as well considering the
mentioned possibility of the main landlord's potential to act as
partial patron to the project, since it sounded like he (as well as
the Art Doors guys) are looking for something
funky/inspiring/community-wise to do with the place.
