See the above link, a possible project for us,

The council is asking Next Bike to remove their bikes from places where 
there are no bike racks. eg fence railings, bridge railings, street 
signs etc.
However there are not many bike racks around the place.

Whats next?
Start of a slippery slope.? Start dishing out infringement notices for 
bikes , and or clamping them if they get locked to the wrong post or tree?

Perhaps we could design a better cheaper rack and pitch it at council, 
might even turn a profit for the CZone.
