[Discussion] BBQ roundup

Yes, the idea of a fundraiser or recurring event happening has been
thrown around quite a bit and I am all for it.

Considering how it is summer/warmer the BBQ idea is good but we'll
have to have a "backup" plan for when things turn pear shaped.
