That sounds excellent.
For administration, like organising an organisation, I think reliability is
paramount. We could even "bring a plate" if we were feeling generous... not
looked on kindly in a pub.

Yes - it would be available for the Saturday/Tuesday rotation...
although on Tuesday there is a prayer gathering in the chapel, but
this is completely separate and the church are happy to guarantee us
the hall and kitchen space.
