[Discussion] rental space options

I've added a page to the wiki for this:

It's linked from the "teams" page (though this should probably be
renamed to "working groups").

We were also supposed to have an online poll for considerations. I'm
not sure what's happening with this but we discussed this to agonising
length during the last meeting - perhaps we need to rethink how we do
this? Perhaps add to the wiki with what you want from the space, and
discuss those wants and how we accomodate them at a meeting? I know
this probably isn't the most efficient way of doing this but given
that we're a small sample group of what will hopefully be a much
bigger membership, in my opinion it's well worth looking over the
wants of everyone here and try to accomodate them as best we can.
Perhaps this means that we need to put some of those considerations on
hold until we're able to afford a larger space, but at least we have
some idea of where we're going with this.
