[Discussion] the newmarket space

I chased him up last week and he said that they were renting the 
retail space to someone new, using the middle for the current 
tennants, and the back that we had looked at was being used as 
storage for much of the stuff . I asked him about the potential for 
renting that back space still and he said he'd get back to me that 
day. Didn't happen. I'll forward you his info if you want to chase up 
further. There could be a potential bargain in space that's been 
written off as storage only, assuming that we would put in time for 
shelving and organising and such.
