[Discussion] Tangleball RepRap

Last night we tried minicom, also tried RepSnapper, but couldn't get
that to run due to dependency issues.
Immediately as I got hom, I plugged it all in and ran the RepRap host,
reporting no errors, and comms were just fine.

I reckon we will need a working RepRap on the day, hopes were to print
out whistles for people to take home, and maybe add it to their
emergency kits.
Vik, you mentioned last week about donating a Darwin, assuming we can
get that set up early, we can have that running at least.

I will pass by Tangleball tonight after work, to try out any other
ideas.

Is GcDump a complete package, that can work on Ubuntu?

Cheers

Gary

I've used an OLPC and Ralith's gcdump to dump raw gcode files to RepRaps
in the past. The serial comms seems to work there. Want to try that
(both with and without the OLPC component :)?

Vik :v)
