[Discussion] pokie machine

I'm working on a project for school called 'Happiness Machines'. The project examines what makes us happy, in particular happiness in the context of our consumer society. I have the idea of making a hacked pokie machine, modifying the screen displays and sounds to be something more, provocative.

Would it be ok to use the pokie machine we have at tangleball? It would be necessary to pull it apart and probably fit a new monitor, tap the switches into a pc and make other modifications. Basically i'd need a reasonably free reign to modify the thing as the project requires.

How do you guys feel about that?
