I was down with a cold,  I hope to be there this Tuesday, but at this
stage I don't know where i'll stand with work.

Talked about the tangle vending machine and what we could put in it.

Suggestions were souvenirs, shirts, key rings and open source cds

 

Our task for the week will be coming up with cool ideas for the vending
machine.

 

Some ideas for renting out the rep rap, rates for other groups wanting
to use the reprap

We decided that Garry will need to be involved on any further
discussions about this.

 

Robin De Maan was given a key

Carl asked who has them and suggested we compile and update lists of key
holders

we  maybe have  to contact old key holders who are not paying
membership.

 

 

Abershek started a discussion about putting a sign outside Tangleball

Suggestions were of making it out of wood, metal 

Abershek volunteered to investigate.

 

Wayne says he has received a payment from a D Boven that nobody seems to
know.

 

 Wayne presented the accounts

17 membership payments were received this week

 

It was suggested that we use energy online for our energy

 

Abershek spoke about getting grants from the council

 

 

Apparently $28000 has been paid  out of $37000 of funds that Tangleball
could apply for.

 

We have a chance to apply for this money, 

it was suggested we apply  for a grant after we decide for what grant,
how much and find out what is required .

 

we talked about the open day and decided that it was successful apart
from the fact that 2 major events were on at the same time.
