[Discussion] polyfuse replacement

I'm doing things to computers you're not supposed to do and every now and then one of the polyfuses on the main board goes. After about 30 minutes it has reset and the board works again. Is there a way to replace that polyfuse with some manually resetable fuse so I can turn it on again immediately.
