Yea - I've been there on more than one occasion, and I have (had?) a lot 
of respect for what they do (more like a "Business 
Tangleball/Incubator"), and have invited them to visit us too.

I think this could be a lapse in communication by both parties, so I 
would welcome Ewen's input.
