[Discussion] MeetUp at TB

Cool, so we (Jaco or myself) can let Tim know that it is a go then.

I did ask Tim if he could bring some beers, as it isn’t really fair that 10+ outsiders come in and consume all the hard work Wayne and Marko? Put into making the beer.

Still, I know that during the big clean up we threw out a couch, though it seems that we could do with a replacement somehow.

Cheers

Gary

I agree with that.

As for the list if cleaning products, I mentioned that I'm doing a Gilmours run this Saturday so we'll get it then. Who has the list? Abhishek?

Okay, lets clean on Tuesday evening then. We nearly have the donations table clear.

6 -> 7:15 cleaning,
7:15 -> 7:45 meeting (since we never start on time anyway :P )
7:45 -> 8:30 cleaning, chucking out anything.

Abhishek : We made a list of cleaning supplies we needed last Tuesday, what happened to it?

Does anybody have a vacuum cleaner they can bring along?

I think we can get two of the shelves cleared, the donations table cleared up, kitchen/toilets cleaned in that time easily.

And an actual clean place - which we currently don't have.

Yeah I forgot to bring it up on Tuesday, and had raised it as something to discuss next week.

Tim and I had a quick chat about it at last Thursdays Meetup.

We will probably need more seating yo accommodate the guests, as well as some means to extract some Koha.

Cheers
