[Discussion] the skip, and tumeke

My understanding was that it was kept seperate but, if they want to
use it and split the cost, I don't see why it would be a problem.

Although, it doesn't seem like they have all that much stuff to throw
away (unless you want to count the stuff "downstairs"). Are they going
to be throwing away stuff they bring from home?
