[Discussion] the skip, and tumeke

I contacted Tumeke about it initially to let them know we were cleaning up
and to keep an eye on what's getting thrown out (so we don't inadvertently
remove something of theirs). I suggested they might top up the skip if
we're left with extra room, as we discussed that briefly two meetings ago.
