i did donate a power planer, if it is mine i can pick it up if desired. ditto the mini skill saw and sash clamps.
please let me know when the metal shelves in the entrance are available (no rush)
if you are looking to rehome stuff,
* taplab was interested in getting a vending machine.
* fablab MIGHT want the cnc.
* gribblehirst MIGHT be interested in the screen printing stuff and any electronic stuff.
* central community shed might want the timber and a lathe, maybe a thicknesser.
* ranui have a community garden but are wanting to add a makerspace, they might be able to rehouse some tools, hardware and materials.
To be safe you may want to check your rules of incorporation. most have a clause restricting how assets are disposed of when winding up. there is normally a restriction requiring gifting to another society with similar objectives. there are groups throughout the city that you may be able to help.

>22 January, Annual General Meeting
>The door card reader is not working. Ed.
>Wayne checked the connections and says it seems to have given up the ghost. Need another usb card magnetic strip card reader.
>Can we please get rid of the planer or make it a take-home only item. Ed.
>As the planer is a members personal property (not Tangleballs), it should not be taken out of Tangleball without the owners permission. Suggestion is approaching the owner and asking him to remove it or allow borrowing.
>Landlord has requested that we tidy up the ramp/electronics/meeting area with priority to help show prospective tenants around. Ed
>We agree in principle and looked at what could be done. It would be helpful to know which sewing machines work, and if anyone wants the overhead projectors.
>What's this thing
>The old fridge. Anyone want it of know how to get rid of it?
>Dust extractor: $156.55
>Weekly general meeting
>Nothing this week.
>It was a productive meeting.
