- Clean up everything that you have used.
- Wash other people's stuff too.
- Cleaning includes the bench, sink, walls, floor, stove top and oven.
- Empty the rubbish bins daily
- Do not leave tea bags in the sink (or on the counter, or on the floor)
- Do not leave any perishable foods in the kitchen
- Before washing, put any dry dishes away,
- Dirty things to right of sink, clean things to the left
- Tea towels are for the kitchen, not the workshop
- Date and label all food
- Close the kitchen door when you leave building
- Throw away all expired food - regardless of who it belongs to
