Kitchen Write-Up

The kitchen:

• Clean up everything that you have used.
• Wash other people's stuff too.
• Cleaning includes the bench, sink, walls, floor, stove top and oven.
• Empty the rubbish bins daily
• Do not leave tea bags in the sink (or on the counter, or on the floor)
• Do not leave any perishable foods in the kitchen
• Before washing, put any dry dishes away,
• Dirty things to right of sink, clean things to the left
• Tea towels are for the kitchen, not the workshop
• Date and label all food
• Close the kitchen door when you leave building
• Throw away all expired food - regardless of who it belongs to
