Time and Place
- Title: Tangle Ball Auckland Meeting
- When: Tuesday, 23rd August, 7:00pm - 8:30pm; repeated Saturday, 27th August, 2pm - 3pm
- Where: 27 Edinburgh Street, Newton
- The first part is an administrative meeting, until about 8pm
- At 8pm, we talk about/show projects we are working on, would like help with, or want to demo.
- If you have not visited before, and would like to suggest a project, ask for help or tell Tangleball what you are doing, this is probably the best time to visit.
All are welcome to either.

Suggested procedure for meetings:
- Chair decides who will speak next
- All must get their turn to speak
- Don't let one or two people dominate a conversation
- No talking over anyone else
- Raise your hand if you would like to speak next
- Ensure all items are covered to satisfaction of all
- Don't let the topic wander, until all items listed are covered
- Admin meetings are only for items which concern everybody
- Make sure newcomers feel welcome
Agenda
- Introduce the group to newcomers
- A volunteer please to show newcomers round the space
- Ideas for getting funding - council funding is out until next year
- Maker day is on the 28th of august
- projects?
- ideas for raising money without driving people away?
- Review applications for funding to be submitted to councils the next day (before 26th deadline)
- Make relevant amendments

- Meeting 58 had no agenda, or no links to it. So the items on the agenda were not discussed. I anyone wants to discuss these items please recycle at the next oportunity.
- Update about progress on websites.
- Firewall.Connectivity issues.
- Tangle yarn machine.For First thursdays. Progress so far.
- Funding appliction.
- Care of language in posts, tone of posts. whiney language.
- Try to increase the contstructiveness, of debate on projects.
- Avoid posing problems - rather offer solutions
